YES. CHOOSE YOUR COUNTRY FROM THE DROPDOWN LIST IN CHECKOUT FOR PRICING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES. IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT ON THE LIST, WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION AT THIS POINT IN TIME.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO AOI ACCEPT?

AOI ACCEPTS PAYMENTS FROM VISA, MASTERCARD AND PAYPAL.

AT AOI WE OFFER FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON WATCHES. THE SHIPPING METHOD CAN BE UPGRADED TO EXPRESS AT CHECKOUT FOR A SMALL CHARGE.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

WE AIM TO DISPATCH ALL ORDERS WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, AFTER WHICH YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING INFORMATION.

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND FULFILLED AT OUR NEAREST WAREHOUSE. PLEASE ALLOW 5 TO 20 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED. THE TIME TAKEN FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE IS DEPENDENT ON YOUR LOCATION AND LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE PROVIDED AS A GUIDE AND CAN DIFFER DUE TO CUSTOMS ISSUES, SPECIAL EVENTS AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RECOMMEND USING THE TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN AVAILABLE TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY.

AOI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOMS FEES, BROKERAGE FEES OR ANY OTHER CHARGES ISSUED BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. THESE CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT AND THE FUNDS ARE RECEIVED EXCLUSIVELY BY YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT. SINCE THESE DUTIES AND TAXES DIFFER BETWEEN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND STATES WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATED COST. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE. SHIPPING FEES AND TAXES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE REFUSED DUE TO VAT/DUTIES.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

IF FOR ANY REASON, YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR FULL PRICED ITEMS WITHIN 20 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER FOR EITHER EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT TO THE VALUE OF THE ITEM PURCHASED, PROVIDING THAT THE PRODUCT IS:

-UNWORN AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION.

-HAS ALL TAGS AND PLASTIC STICKERS ATTACHED.

-INCLUDES THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITHOUT POSTAL LABELS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY ALL FREIGHT CHARGES TO RETURN THE ITEM/S AND RETURNS MAY ONLY BE MADE ON FULL PRICE PRODUCTS. PLEASE EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@AOIWATCHCO.COM TO DISCUSS THE DETAILS OF ANY RETURNS.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS DEEMED FAULTY.

TO FILE A RETURN/EXCHANGE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW. IF ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS WITH THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM ON MY WATCH?

IF YOU CONSIDER YOUR ITEM TO BE FAULTY, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM ON OUR RETURNS PAGE AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM WILL THEN BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU TO DISCUSS YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM.

WHEN RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS, WE RECOMMEND USING A REPUTABLE POSTAGE SERVICE WITH TRACKING, AS AOI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST RETURNED ITEMS. AOI WILL REIMBURSE THE STANDARD SHIPPING COSTS TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IF WE DEEM THE PRODUCT TO BE FAULTY AND IN WARRANTY.

ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM A MEMBER OF THE AOI TEAM WITH EITHER AN INVOICE FOR A NEW ITEM OR A GIFT CARD CODE FOR STORE CREDIT.

 

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

AOI WATCHES ARE WARRANTY COVERED FOR 12 MONTHS.
