Returns
We offer a full refund on any full priced item within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Follow the steps below to request a return:

  1. Email info@aoiwatchco.com with your full name, order number and state the reason for your refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or exchanges on SALE items.
  2. AOI Watch Co. will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 7 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified by email once the transaction has taken place.

Faulty Item?
We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologise, please contact us so we can make it right at info@aoiwatchco.com and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges on all full priced item within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

To exchange, please email info@aoiwatchco.com with your full name and order number, and state the reason for the exchange and the alternate item(s) you would like instead. Our team will email you an exchange form to complete and send in with your package.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges on sale products and we do not reimburse shipping costs. We will send the exchanged item back to you free of charge within 5-10 days.
